##MAP##
FAILED VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION SOLD AS-IS
This 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo has 235,835 miles and is offered for a mechanic or experienced DIY buyer prepared to complete repairs. Finished in Light Graystone Pearl with a Dark Slate Gray interior, it has a 3.7L V6, five-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive.
The most important consideration is its disclosed condition. This Jeep failed Virginia State Inspection, and our inspection identified these concerns:
Both headlight assemblies need replacement
Coolant reservoir needs replacement
Battery hold-down is missing or needs replacement
Oxygen sensor concern
Cylinder No. 4 misfire requiring diagnosis and repair
No dealer reconditioning will be completed. The misfire and oxygen sensor concern require further evaluation; the listed findings should not be considered a complete list of everything this vehicle may need.
EQUIPMENT
Laredo trim
3.7L V6 engine
Five-speed automatic transmission
Four-wheel drive
Four-door SUV body
Dark Slate Gray cloth seating
Power windows and locks
Remote keyless entry
Cruise control
Alloy wheels

For someone comparing older Ford Explorer or Chevrolet TrailBlazer project vehicles, this Grand Cherokee offers V6 power, 4WD and flexible passenger and cargo space. Its suitability depends on your mechanical experience, an independent inspection and the total repair scope. It should be considered a repair project rather than transportation ready for immediate use.
FAQ
Did this Jeep pass Virginia State Inspection?
No. It failed inspection and requires repairs.
What engine concerns are disclosed?
A cylinder No. 4 misfire and an oxygen sensor concern. Further diagnosis is needed to determine the necessary repairs.
Will the dealership repair it before delivery?
No. It is offered through our DIY/wholesale-direct program without dealer reconditioning.
Does it include a warranty?
It is offered strictly AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied, as stated in the dealerships sale disclosures.

Towing may be appropriate given the failed inspection and unresolved concerns. Discuss transportation arrangements with the dealership before pickup.
